Super embarrassing, but this is my first Before & After picture. My entire life I was a tiny little thing and could eat whatever I wanted, until I turned 21. I was drinking a lot and eating pasta every night for dinner. After I graduated college, I weighed 135-140 lbs. I decided I needed to get back to my tiny shape, but struggled with eating healthy. In February, I started eating clean. I usually binge eat on the weekends which I am trying to work on, but slow progress is still progress! Now I am focusing on eating less and more organic and natural foods. I am also trying to implement more cardio while lifting to gain more muscle tone.
